We have instituted an on-line payment option using the services of PayPal (www.paypal.com). Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment and associated handling, postage and insurance fees. Unless otherwise requested, shipping will be by the most economical means through Canada Post. Insurance of package contents is recommended, and will be applied at the purchaser’s request. The RCR Kit Shop will not be responsible for the payment of any custom duties.
Paypal is a secure, on-line payment method that allows users to charge purchases against a major credit card. It is a safe and easy to use payment method, but will require the purchaser to set up an account with PayPal at www.paypal.com before you place your Kit Shop order.Before submitting payment, please place your order by e-mail to The RCR Kit Shop. Specify if you would like insurance on your order, as well as if any delivery method other than Canada Post is preferred.
The RCR Kit Shop will prepare an invoice to be e-mailed to you, providing a total for your shipment including applicable taxes and shipping. Depending on the physical size of your order, a handling fee will be applied to cover expenses for packaging materials and handling requirements.
Your order will be shipped once payment has been received.
Ordering from outside Canada: Email us and we will provide a detailed invoice.
Return Policy: All items must be returned with original receipt within 30 days of initial purchase. Damage or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. If possible, please provide evidence of the damaged package in the state it was received so that we may discuss this with the shipper.
